The chief educator is Earl L. Martin Jr., Alabama's Real Estate Doctor. With a background of more than thirty years in the commercial and residential real estate industries, you will benefit from Earl's personal experiences as he illustrates academic principles in practical application. Every class is a workshop in the realities of real estate practice, as the aim of the School is to prepare you to be the best and most prepared real estate professional you can be.
The School recently moved to its new space at 1759 Eastern Boulevard in Montgomery, AL (click for map). The new location offers classroom space for seminars of up to 18 students - a good size for lively discussion of relevant topics but small enough for personal attention and interaction.
Our goal at Martin & Fellows Real Estate School is to effectively prepare you for the salesperson and/or brokerage license examination(s), and to ensure not only that you obtain the continuing education hours required to maintain your license, but that those course hours be the most productive and enjoyable possible.
